Generally, what is not confronted in real time ends up being a big underground problem; Thus, the path of the Christian is to learn to process and deal with conflict, not to evade it or minimize it. Let’s not look for excuses and reasons to continue tolerating toxic relationships. Let’s learn to control our tongues and, being clear and authentic, have today that difficult conversation that we have put off for days or months; without forgetting that one must confront others with the truth to heal, and never to do harm.
